New Choice Pregnancy Test: Overview
Despite its low price, the New Choice pregnancy test gives you most of the features you expect from a national brand:
- Results in two minutes.
- Over 99-percent accuracy from the day of your missed period.
- Spanish and English instructions.
- Convenient, single-device package.
New Choice Pregnancy Test Accuracy
The results you get from your home pregnancy test depends on the level of the hCG pregnancy hormone in your urine.
From the moment of conception, the concentration of the hormone increases. In fact, it often doubles every two to three days.
Pregnant women often have enough HCG in their body to trigger a positive result during the fifth week after conception.
Ultimately, success depends on the New Choice Pregnancy Test sensitivity. Fortunately, it ranks at or above many competing products.
Question: Can I test early with the New Choice Pregnancy Test?
The 99 percent New Choice Pregnancy Test accuracy rating promised on the package applies only to tests taken on or after the day of your missed period. When taken four days before your missed period, for example, expect to have 50 percent accuracy or less.
What does a New Choice Pregnancy Test false positive look like?
If your urine evaporates on the test window, it could form a New Choice Pregnancy Test evaporation line that you might mistake as a positive result.
Other than that, you might get a false positive for other reasons.
For example, you might have an abnormally high level of HCG in your urine.
Also, if you get a positive result that doesn’t have a control line, you can discard your results.
Can I get a New Choice Pregnancy Test false negative?
You bet you can! But you can’t always blame the test.
Sometimes, you can get a New Choice Pregnancy Test false negative by testing too early.
Failure to follow the directions precisely that came with your test unit can also cause a false negative.
New Choice Pregnancy Test Directions
Timing your pregnancy test can improve the accuracy of your results, but so does following the directions that come with your test. The simplicity of the New Choice Pregnancy Test will blow your mind.
- Open the package just before testing.
- Place the test stick in your urine stream for several seconds.
- Put the test on a level surface and then wait for 1 to 2 minutes.
When you see a single pink line, you have a negative result. Two pink lines indicate pregnancy.
Even if one or both of the lines seem faint, you have a positive result.
New Choice Pregnancy Test: Our Recommendation
Women can depend on New Choice Pregnancy Test accuracy because it relies on industry-standard technology. With a sensitivity level of 25 mIU/ml for HCG, the test surpasses most nationally marketed brands, including EPT and Clearblue. If you chose to test early for this or a First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test, plan on repeating the test on the day of your missed period to confirm your result.
If you EVER have a doubt about your pregnancy or questions about your health, contact a doctor or emergency room. Never take risks with your health or that of the unborn.
New Choice Pregnancy Test Sensitivity
New Choice Pregnancy Test Sensitivity can detect 20 mIU/ml, which ranks among the most sensitive available tests.

New Choice Pregnancy Test Debunked
Tests produced by Inverness Medical and distributed by Rite-Aid, Target, and other retail stores have a sensitivity of 50 mIU/ml. Such a sensitivity ranks them among the worst tests on the market.
Still, most women surpass the 20 mIU/ml mark and the 50 mIU/ml during the fifth week after their last menstrual period. The difference between the two sensitivity levels usually means a time difference of fewer than 48 hours between a positive and negative result.
Knowing that the New Choice Pregnancy Test comes from Dollar Tree shouldn’t negatively influence your buying decision. In fact, the Dollar Tree test has a higher sensitivity level than many popular nationally marketed brands.
EPT (40 mIU/ml) and Clearblue (50 mIU/ml) provide only two examples. The inexpensive one dollar test can give accurate results as early as 6 to 8 days after conception, substantially beating advertised brands that sell for seven dollars or more. Even pregnancy tests that have made bold claims about early testing, including First Response (100 mIU/ml) have worse specifications than New Choice.
New Choice Pregnancy Test: Moving Forward
Your doubts about New Choice Pregnancy Test Sensitivity have no basis except for the store that sells them and the price, you should consider using the product.
For example, tests rarely become accurate until 12 days after ovulation. Even at that point, however, some women still do not have enough hCG in the urine to trigger a positive result.
Other notes
Wait as long as possible to take your pregnancy test. If you get a negative result, always check again later. As a general rule, you can expect a 90% accuracy rate on the first day of your miss.
If you wait until one week after the first day of your missed period, you can expect accuracy rates of 97% or higher. A few women might never test positive with an over-the-counter pregnancy test.
New Choice Pregnancy Test Sensitivity: Act Responsibly
All women should regard pregnancy issues with the respect and urgency they deserve. If you have any questions about New Choice Pregnancy Test sensitivity that we did not answer here, ask them to your doctor.
If you think that you might be pregnant despite your negative result after your missed period, you should get medical advice.
