How to Use a First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test
First, you need to purchase the test kit using CPG-Health’s Amazon affiliate link. Once you have the kit, follow these steps:
- Open the package and remove the test stick.
- Remove the cap from the test stick.
- Hold the test stick by the thumb grip with the absorbent tip pointing downward.
- Place the absorbent tip in your urine stream for 5 seconds only. Alternatively, you can collect your urine in a clean, dry cup and immerse the entire absorbent tip in the urine for 5 seconds only.
- Replace the cap and lay the stick on a flat surface, absorbent tip down and result window up.
- Wait for 3 minutes until reading results.
If you are pregnant, two pink lines will appear in the result window. One line may be lighter than the other. If you are not pregnant, one pink line will appear in the result window.
First Response states their Early Result Pregnancy Test can detect hCG 6 days before your missed period. You can use the test at any time. It does not require first-morning urine. The accuracy of this test is >99% from the day of your expected period in laboratory studies.
